A perfect extra virgin olive oil, with a degree of acidity of 0.8%. With a balanced taste, it smells of fresh grass, with hints of hay, tomato and chilli. It enhances any dish, from fresh salads to cooked foods. When heated, it does not undergo taste alterations. It condenses if the temperature drops below 2 degrees centigrade.

Also available in 500ml bottle format. or on request in tins of 1-3 and 5 liters.
