A precious pesto, like the pistachios that grow near the slopes of Etna.
The typical green color of these fruits is given by the volcanic soil, which also confer their sweet and intense taste. Rigorously harvested by hand – one by one, they are mixed with tomato and extra-virgin olive oil.
This original and tasty sauce, deliciously creamy, is ideal to prepare risotto, pasta, salty pies, bruschetta, and seasoned or fresh cheese.
