Description

A 100% vegetable sauce with mushrooms, extremely tasty.

It is prepared with the well-known porcini mushrooms and other varieties of mushrooms typical of the Sila undergrowth such as the “Lactarius Deliziosus”, also called  “Rosito” because of its typical reddish colour. A mushroom that is not very-well known yet but that is highly appreciated for its pleasant aroma and sweet taste.

The addition of capers and tomato makes it even tastier.

This sauce is ideal to garnish pasta, pizza, bruschetta or served with cheese.
