Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP 500 ml

An Extra Virgin extracted from a Sicilian native Cultivar very valuable for its organoleptic characteristics. It is a medium intensity fruity organic extra virgin olive oil. Its taste is accompanied by notes of almond, green tomato, cut grass, artichoke and sometimes aromatic herbs.

It is bitter, slightly spicy and with a hint of sweet.

Perfect if used “raw” because it enhances the flavor of salads, grilled or steamed vegetables and soups of all kinds.

Available in cans of 500 and 250 ml.
